The St. Anthony, San Antonio, Texas
The St. Anthony, an AAA four diamond historic hotel, offers classic
Texan hospitality in downtown San Antonio. Close to the fabled River
Walk in San Antonio, this elegant hotel is in the vicinity of the
one-of-a-kind River Walk and other city attractions, such as the
Alamo, SeaWorld, the Schlitterbahn Water Park, the San Antonio Zoo,
Children's Museum, the Retma Park, and the San Marcos Outlet Mall.
The hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes (8 miles) from the
San Antonio International Airport (SAT) and only a block from one
of the city's open-air trolley stops.
This National Historic Landmark was completed in 1909 and much
of the period detail has been preserved following an $8 million
restoration. In the gracious lobby you'll notice 12-foot ceilings,
gold leaf topped columns and lovely French décor. Peacock
Alley and our sun-soaked Loggia overlooking celebrated Travis Park
are yours to discover. When you are ready for a cocktail or satisfying
meal head to the Peacock Alley Bar or the Madrid Room. The 6th floor
outdoor pool is nearly in the clouds but still offers wonderful
views of downtown.The new on-site Fitness Center with mp3-friendly
equipment is a great place to blow off some steam. The ten-story
non-smoking hotel's 352 guestrooms and 38 suites include refrigerators,
coffeemakers, and high speed internet.
San Antonio, Texas
The Alamo is San Antonio's most famous attraction and is on everyone's
must-see list but that's only the beginning. Enjoy local activities,
such as Schlitterbahn water park or a game of golf at one of our
many local courses. The San Antonio Zoo or San Antonio Children's
Museum are great places to take the kids. Check out Retma Park for
some thrilling horse racing. And no visit would be complete without
a stroll along our lovely River Walk. It's great to know the St.
Anthony is just 15 minutes from the San Antonio International Airport

Getting to San Antonio
The airport is only eight miles away from the St. Anthony. Shuttles
from the San Antonio airport (Airport code SAT) to the St. Anthony
