Registration for the NACRA 2010 Annual Meeting

The registration fee includes conference materials and Thursday evening dinner, all meals on Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. The conference adjourns after Saturday lunch. Conference registration also includes one-year membership in NACRA and subscriptions to the Case Research Journal.

Registration this year will be completed online, however personal checks will be accepted when mailed with a personal registration reservation request created within your NACRA account. If you register before September 15, the cost of registration for this year's conference is $400, with $350 going to the conference and $50 going to dues for one year's membership in NACRA. After September 15 or at the conference, registration will cost $500, with $450 going to the conference and $50 going to NACRA membership dues. Students attending the conference can register for $200 before September 15, or $300 after September 15. NACRA Fellows can register for $350 with no additional money going to dues (or $450 after September 15).

A note about meal costs: Meal prices for guests/spouses are priced by NACRA on a breakeven basis and thus reflect the menu prices we are charged by the resort. In some cases, often because of service charges and surcharges, these prices may exceed those available on the premise or prices that some guests may capture on a promotional basis. Meal prices this year are roughly equivalent to those charged at last year’s annual meeting. Daily meal and facilities use supplement for non-registered spouses/guests will be posted soon.

Reservations for your hotel room are separate from the registration for the conference. Call for reservations directly to Edgewater Hotel and Conference Center at 1.800.423.9582. Mention the NACRA Conference for our special group rate. Room rates for the conference are (single occupancy) $139.00/night for a single OR double room, per night (plus 12% state and local tax). .
