The Edgewater Hotel offers classic Tennessee hospitality within

Gatlinburg- Pigeon Forge Airport and 30 miles from McGhee-Tyson
International Airport in Knoxville, Tenn.
The eight- story hotel's 205 guestrooms include refrigerators,
coffeemakers, and balconies overlooking the river or mountainside.
Guests can enjoy the hotel's heated pool, hot tubs, sundeck and
waterfall, and Gatlinburg's many dining options.

homemade candy stores. If there is one thing that Gatlinburg shopping
has, it's diversity. All along the Parkway and side streets, you'll
find Gatlinburg shopping treasures in over 400 shops reminiscent
of days gone by including handmade arts and crafts, rustic, village-style
stores, quaint souvenir and gift shops and the famed Mountain Mall.

Hotel Reservations

special group rate.
Room rates for the conference are (single occupancy) $139.00/night
for a single OR double room,
per night (plus 12% state and local tax). Daily meal and facilities
use supplement for non-registered spouses/guests will be posted
soon.
Please note that hotel reservations are a separate charge from
the conference registration fee.
Getting to Gatlinburg
The closest airport to Gatlinburg is Knoxville’s McGhee
Tyson Airport. To see which airlines serve the airport, please see
http://www.ifly.com/mcghee-tyson-airport/airlines-served.
The Edgewater Hotel and Conference Center is about an hour’s
drive from there. The options for getting from the airport to Gatlinburg
are to rent a car or to get a cab. Rental car rates will obviously
vary, but we’ve been quoted $95-100 each way if you choose
to take a cab. Below please see information about going online to

for people to connect with each other and share rental cars out
to Gatlinburg and back.
Please note that NACRA members have found significantly lower fares
into Asheville, North Carolina. Asheville is about a 1.5 hour drive
to Gatlinburg and, similar Knoxville, you will need to rent a car
as there are no shuttles available. Alternative airports are: Chattanooga
(2.5 hours), Nashville (3.5 hours), and Atlanta (4 hours). From
each of those airports you will also need to rent a car to make
the trip from the airport to Gatlinburg. Please note that the Edgewater
Hotel’s website has driving
