Registration for the NACRA 2009 Annual Meeting

Registration this year will be completed online, however personal checks will be accepted when mailed with a personal registration reservation request created within your NACRA account. If you register before September 15, the cost of registration for this year's conference is $450, with $400 going to the conference and $50 going to dues for one year's membership in NACRA. After September 15 or at the conference, registration will cost $550, with $500 going to the conference and $50 going to NACRA membership dues. Students attending the conference can register for $300 before September 15, or $400 after September 15. NACRA Fellows can register for $400 with no additional money going to dues (or $500 after September 15).

A note about meal costs: Meal prices for guests/spouses are priced by NACRA on a breakeven basis and thus reflect the menu prices we are charged by the resort. In some cases, often because of service charges and surcharges, these prices may exceed those available on the premise or prices that some guests may capture on a promotional basis. Meal prices this year are roughly equivalent to those charged at last year’s annual meeting.

Reservations for your hotel room are separate from the registration for the conference. Call for reservations directly to Chaminade Resort & Spa at 831.475.3421 or make your reservations online. Room rates for the conference are (single occupancy) $213.65/night (inclusive of tax) and (double occupancy) $160.77/per person, per night (inclusive of tax). Daily meal and facilities use supplement for non-registered spouses/guests is $80/day.
